How to Cancel an Order:

If you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact our customer support team at zenpillowsncushions@gmail.com. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Key Points to Note:

1. Timely Cancellation:

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may explore our return policy if eligible.

2. Order Modifications:

If you need to make changes to your order (such as address updates or product modifications), reach out to us immediately. Changes can only be made before the order is packed for shipment.

3. Refund Process:

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 working days of cancellation confirmation.

For COD orders, no payment will be required upon cancellation before shipment.

4. Exceptions:

Orders canceled due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer may be subject to additional charges.
