2. Let’s Make it Right:

Once we receive your request, our team will get in touch to understand your concerns and offer a solution.

3. Hassle-Free Pickup:

After approval, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the product.

Important Guidelines:

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

Easy Pickup: Reverse pickup service is available based on your pin code.

Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition without signs of wear or damage to qualify for a refund.

Refund Methods:

Original Payment Method: For online payments, refunds will be credited back to the original payment source once the product passes our quality check.

COD Orders: After a successful quality check, we’ll share a link where you can provide your bank details, and the refund will be processed directly to your account.

Terms & Conditions:

Timely Returns: Products returned after the 7-day window or in used/damaged condition will not be accepted.

Platform Specific Sales: Returns for items purchased via Amazon, Flipkart, or other platforms must follow their respective return policies.

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days from the date of confirmation.
