Steps to Exchange Your Order:

2. Follow Up:
Once we receive your request, our team will contact you to understand the issue and help you find the best resolution.
3. Approval and Pickup:
After your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product for exchange, ensuring a hassle-free process.
Important Points to Remember:
Timeframe:
Exchanges must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be eligible.
Reverse Pickup Services:
We offer reverse pickup services for your convenience. However, this service depends on your area's PIN code.
Product Condition:
Ensure that the product being exchanged is returned in its original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or use. Items that do not meet these criteria will not qualify for an exchange.
Terms & Conditions:
1. One-Time Exchange Policy:
Once an exchange is completed, the product cannot be exchanged or returned again.
2. Exchanges from Other Platforms:
Exchanges are not applicable for items purchased from third-party platforms like Amazon, Flipkart or any other third party Platform.
3. Stock Availability:
All exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested product(s).
