At ZEN PillowsNCushions, we aim to deliver your comfort essentials quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

We currently ship across Delhi NCR, including all metro cities and most Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns. If your area is serviceable by our delivery partners, we’ll get your order to you!

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • We also offer 24-hour delivery to most of the locations in Delhi NCR. 

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods, such as festivals or sales.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small convenience fee (shown at checkout).

Undeliverable Locations
